We are a full-service field marketing agency, supporting our customers at every stage of the shopper journey.  We are passionate about our people and work hard for our customers. 

ABOUT US

REL was founded in 1995 to deliver the Waitrose demonstration programme.  Since then we have grown to become full-service field marketing agency working with some of the worlds most iconic brands and leading retailers. 

We are now a team of over 1,000 across the UK with about 80 lucky souls based in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire at our Customer Support Centre.

We are as passionate about our people as we are about our customers.  The environment we create empowers our people and delivers the best for our customers.  We are proud of our extremely high customer advocacy and colleague engagement scores.

I have worked for REL since 2011 when I TUPE’d over.
