ABOUT US
Founded in 1995, REL has grown into a full-service field marketing agency partnering with some of the world’s most iconic brands and leading retailers.
Today, we’re a team of 1,000+ colleagues across the UK, with around 80 based at our Customer Support Centre in Winnersh , Berkshire.

I’ve been with REL for just over four years and what I like most is the people. Everyone’s got such a positive attitude, it makes work enjoyable. The culture here is great, and I always feel supported by the management team. It’s also nice working with products that make a difference to customers. Most of all, I feel valued, and that really means a lot.
Our colleagues are ambitious, driven and work hard to achieve success for our customers. We have a fostered a culture where our colleagues deliver elite performance on a daily basis, which I believe is due to the genuine care and support that we offer through our various processes, tools and employee benefits. I am proud to be part of the People team which has helped foster the Company we are today.
I truly love working at REL, not just because of the work itself, but because of the people and culture that make this company so special. When I went through one of the most difficult periods in my personal life, the support I received from my colleagues and the company was incredible. They stood by me, offered real understanding, and gave me the help I needed to get through it. That experience showed me that this is so much more than just a workplace—it’s a team that genuinely cares about its people.
