We are delighted to announce REL placed 24th on this year’s Best Workplaces in Europe list, published today by Great Place to Work®.
The annual Best Workplaces in Europe list identifies the top organisations that create great workplace culture across 19 European countries, analysing survey results representing over 1.5 million employees across 3,000 organisations. To be considered for inclusion on the European list companies must appear on one or more of the Great Place to Work® national lists within the region. REL was considered for European accreditation after placing 6th of all UK Large organisations in April this year and we are one of only four accredited UK Large Organisations to appear in the European rankings.
The list publication comes amid the COVID-19 crisis, which has upended daily life and business operations throughout the region. Organisations on the list are leading the way amid the pandemic, demonstrating care for their employees, their customers and their communities during this difficult time.
