The 2020 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women list, published this morning by Great Place to Work®, recognised REL among the 68 ranked organisations with REL placing 4th of 20 Large organisations.

There is a range of criteria which must be met to be recognised as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women including being a current UK’s Best Workplace™, having a minimum of 25% female workforce as well as a minimum of 25% in managerial positions and achieving a Trust Index from female colleagues above Best Workplaces™ thresholds.

Given the requirements to gain this recognition, we are understandably proud to have been included in this list and it is a list we plan to keep our name on for many years to come.  We are delighted that the effort we put into creating a diverse and inclusive workplace have been recognised.
