REL is excited to announce the appointment of Nick McGrath as Managing Director.
During Nick’s career he has worked in retail, on premise and foodservice channels, with senior UK and European roles at PepsiCo and previously Mars before he moved to the Panasonic Sales Director role. Nick started his career in Sales and Marketing as a Field Sales Representative, so Field Marketing has always been close to his heart.
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the REL business, Nick brings a strong skillset coupled with industry experience, proven leadership skills and an excellent reputation of leading high-performing teams. Nick will play a key part in building on REL’s outstanding reputation of being a customer-first focused business and leaders in people engagement.
Nick’s experience, skill set and perspective gives us every confidence he will excel in his role as REL Managing Director, building on Stephen Gordon’s great work over the years. Stephen Gordon, REL’s outgoing Managing Director, takes up the role of People Director within REL’s parent company, Advantage Smollan.
