Back in November, we were thrilled to have been shortlisted for all eight entries we submitted and this high was surpassed last week when REL placed in all our shortlisted categories.

The virtual awards ceremony saw REL win 3 golds, 4 silver and 2 bronze awards, including featuring in the Agency of the Year category for another year.  Our bronze award in Agency of the Year brings us to 12 consecutive years on the podium in this prestigious category with 5 Gold, 5 Silver and 2 Bronze awards in that period.  This is a record of both consistency and quality delivery that is unprecedented, unique and that cannot be equalled by any of our competitors for at least another eight years!

REL’s recognition across a range of categories demonstrates the breadth and quality of the services we deliver for our partners, as well as the brilliant teams at REL and their resilience and commitment to delivering day in and day out for our customers.  We are particularly proud of our successes in the Sales Campaign of the Year and Product Launch categories for Red Bull / Danone and Mondelez respectively, demonstrating our ability to deliver outstanding execution and activation at the point of purchase.

Congratulations to all our teams who were rightly recognised for their outstanding delivery this past year including Danone Waters, Red Bull, Weetabix, Mondelez, Sainsbury’s / Nectar360 and REL’s Tactical Division, with a special mention to Andrew Elliot for his Gold Brand Ambassador of the Year award.

I would also like to express my thanks to all our people for the way they have supported us and our partners through what has been the most difficult year, continuing to provide outstanding service despite the terrible impact and effects of Covid-19.  The way that our people have supported both REL and each other over the past year has made me feel so very proud and, at the same time, so very humble.
